---You will see 40% of those website's DO NOT HAVE ANY LINK ON THE HOLE SITE to that "link page".
---What do you have from it nothing,nadda,njet,... you GIVE THEM a backlink.

The company's they hire have ex. 1000 people's who visit /.....that website/ and just have to click on the add with /..... that url/ those people are at home get pay'd or recieve visitors to there own webpage in return and have on that way all different ip adresses and referers
You don't have to remove all the add's and things from your site now it realy helps to recieve more "real" visitors just do not think that all the company's and people are fair and have the good attitude.
